6. DELIVERY
We personally deliver our Cheese Boxes within 10 miles of Towcester and use a third party courier for UK/national deliveries outside of this area who will deliver from Tuesday – Friday.
We must have a complete post code and mobile number for every delivery address. Because most of our products are perishable, we must have an alternative delivery instruction for any private address such as ‘leave in porch or with neighbour’. This is particularly important if you are sending a surprise gift.
Monthly cheese boxes are usually delivered locally on the first Saturday of each month and national deliveries will usually be scheduled for the first Friday of the month although these are subject to change and you will be informed of an expected delivery date.
We use overnight – next day courier delivery between 8am-6pm.
If you have not received your order or the products you were expecting please email Mark@cheeseontowcest.co.uk or use the “contact us form”.
We must have at least 10 days’ notice for sending a gift cheese box and these are subject to availability and our delivery schedule. Please contact us for more information. Our delivery times are for guidance and are not a guarantee.
We cannot take responsibility for the length of the delivery time once an item is dispatched from us to our carrier.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
You must inform Cheese on Towcest’ within 24 hours of any problem with your delivered order.
Do not return the goods – Cheese on Towcest’ will, if necessary, organise a courier to collect them so they can be inspected and will endeavour to resolve your concerns without delay.

Returns of perishable items are not normally accepted unless the goods are found to be damaged before delivery to you.
If Cheese on Towcest’ accepts the return, and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund or replacement.

8. SUBSTITUTIONS
Sometimes it may not be possible to send you the exact cheese ordered.
Where this occurs Cheese on Towcest’ will contact you and if you agree, we will dispatch a replacement of equal quality and value.

9. CUTTING AND WEIGHTS
Your cheese will be hand-cut as close to the delivery date as possible; whole cheese (such as boxed brie/soft cheese) can vary in weight size and colour and listed weights are approximate. In the instance of whole cheeses being “light” Cheese on Towcest’ will endeavour to make up the weight in cut cheese.
Care is taken to ensure the net weight of your cheese box is within the weights listed on the individual item pages.

10. PRODUCT APPEARANCE & DESCRIPTION
We have made every effort to describe and display the appearance of our products as accurately as possible.
However please note that some images will be for display purposes and may not accurately reflect the product you are ordering.
The packaging and presentation of our products may also vary from time to time, but this will not affect the contents.

11. SUBSCRIPTIONS & FUTURE PAYMENTS
Once your agreement has been set up, payments will automatically be collected for the duration of the agreement on the same date each month as the agreement was set up.

Card payments are taken securely via our payment partner, WIX PAYMENTS.

Each time a payment is debited from your card or bank account as part of your agreement a transaction confirmation email is generated by our system and sent to the email address we have on record for you as per the details provided when you entered into the agreement.
If your card expires or if a payment is not authorised, we will send you an email to inform you of the steps you need to take to resolve the issue.
Subscriptions are set for a minimum of one delivery before you are able to cancel. If you would like to cancel you must provide at least one month’s notice in advance of your next payment date.
Once set up, your agreement will run for the duration of your agreement until either you or Cheese on Towcest’ chooses to end it. We cut our cheese fresh according to your “agreement” and we may seek to recover any losses/costs associated with a late cancellation.
